How To Make Ice Tea at Home
Making Iced Tea at home is fun, easy, and there are many ways to make it at home. You can use cold brew tea bags, loose leaf tea, sun tea, or just pour hot water over the tea bags which is both efficient and simple. The recipes listed below are made by pouring hot water over a tea bag and letting it steep.
To make your flavored iced tea, add the tea bags into a glass jar or pitcher and then add your fruit or herbs. Fill to the top with boiling water and steep for 4-5 minutes. The longer the tea bag is in the water after it has steeped, the stronger the flavor your tea will have. The same goes with flavoring your tea. Remove the tea bags, cover and let the fruit steep for another ten minutes. Strain and place in the fridge. Pour over ice.
